Antonio Garcia Martinez a former Facebook employee who was ousted from the company two years ago has decided to take it up and narrate his ordeal at the Company, his book which was titled CHAOS MONKEYS: Obscene fortune and Random Failure in Silicon Valley described Mark Zuckerberg as running the Company as a North-Korea Style cult, and furthering his statement in the book was that Mark Zuckerberg ordering female employees not to put on distracting clothes to the office which includes Short Skirts and Booty Shorts and at this point I couldn’t help but express my feelings in meme.

He further stated that female workers were often criticized for inappropriate dressing and also spoke on Mark Zuckerberg’s outburst of anger which includes Mark’s sending of annoying emails to workers saying “PLEASE RESIGN”.

Antonio speaking with CBS This Morning said:

We had slogans on the walls, we were all wearing a uniform. It all felt very North Korean or Cuban, almost. And so in that moment, I just realized… the motive force in history, which is one egomaniac’s twitchy drive and then the common man’s desire to be part of a compelling story — which is what we were, we just were bit players in Zuckerberg’s story,

And after all these statements by Martinez I think he is only trying to get back on Facebook for sending him off from the Company and more so I don’t see any politeness in female workers putting on booty shorts to work, It’s an Office and not a Motel the only area where I could justify Martinez claims is the area where Mark was sending annoying email to his staff but of course maybe he is only trying to be nice to his staff after all.

Lol. But to say truth, I agreed with the statement. Mark Zuckerberg express he’s feeling for female workers not to put on distracting clothes. This is his own way and style. Everybody has his/her own policy.

To be frank.. There’s no politeness or dignity in female workers putting on booty shorts to work; even male staffs won’t look disciplined wearing such

There’s nothing bad in what mark did, why’ll ladies put on seducive to work, beside he’s nice by not approaching one in public to resign but instead come to you privately. Nice one mark

Wow! This is a serious matter, what can I say. The truth is we don’t really know all that happened between Mark and his staff. But talking about the female staff, I think Mark got a point, I support his idea concerning that

Well, Mark Zuckerberg has the duty to protect his business. He can decide what he wants, and what he doesn’t want. He has to enforce necessary rules otherwise, some people with bad intentions would bring the business down, and still go behind to say that Mark does not have what it takes to lead.
